NOW HIRING: SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST
Dansville Central School District, Dansville Primary School (UPK-Grade 2)
Come join our amazing team and be a part of our Dansville Mustang Family!
At Dansville Central School District, we believe that great things happen when talented educators feel supported, valued, and inspired. We're looking for a passionate, student-centered School Psychologist to join our exceptional team of professionals who believe in the power of relationships, collaboration, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children. At Dansville, you'll find a welcoming, collegial environment where your voice matters, your contributions are appreciated, and student success is truly a team effort.
Why You'll Love Working at Dansville Central Schools
A Culture of Collaboration & Connection
At Dansville, you won't work in isolation. You'll join an experienced, supportive team of school psychologists, social workers, counselors, teachers, administrators, and related service providers who genuinely enjoy working together. Our collaborative approach creates opportunities to share expertise, solve problems, and celebrate successes.
Leadership That Understands Your Work
Our district leadership values the critical role of school psychologists in supporting student learning, mental health, and well-being. You'll work alongside two experienced doctoral-level school psychologists and have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a Superintendent and Principal who are also certified school psychologists. Your professional knowledge and perspective will be welcomed and respected.
Competitive Salary & Excellent Benefits
We recognize the value of exceptional professionals and are committed to offering a regionally competitive salary commensurate with education and experience, along with an excellent benefits package, compensated continuing education, and flexible summer work based on your schedule and availability. We believe in investing in the people who invest in our students!
A PK–12 Community on One Campus
Our three school buildings share a single campus, creating unique opportunities for collaboration, continuity of services, and strong relationships across grade levels. You'll have the opportunity to see the impact of your work as students learn and grow throughout their educational journey.
Focus on Comprehensive Mental Health Supports
We value school psychologists as essential members of our instructional and student support teams—not simply evaluators. Each school is staffed with a full-time school psychologist, school counselor, and school social worker. Additionally, Dansville has a district-wide caseworker, and staff from the Center for Youth and Catholic Charities located in our schools.
A Place to Grow Professionally
We encourage professional learning, innovative thinking, shared decision-making, and opportunities to pursue areas of professional interest. At Dansville, we believe that supporting the growth and well-being of our staff is essential to supporting our students.
